Eve Vodka is a contemporary English apple vodka made by The Cabinet and The Pleasant Land Distillery. It's made from 100% English apples, including Kent Gala and Braeburn varieties, that are grown outside Canterbury. The apples are crushed, the seeds are removed, and the juice, pulp, and skins are fermented with Champagne yeast, water, and a little more. The mixture is then distilled 22 times on a small, custom-built still, blended with local chalk-filtered water, and rested in stainless steel tanks for a month. The result is a smooth, crisp, and refreshing vodka with a rich, round texture and a dry, crisp palate. It has aromas of red apple, citrus, cereal, and plum, and a finish that's described as apple crumble with vanilla ice cream. Some say it's great for sipping over ice or adding to cocktails.
