Avión Tequila is a small-batch, premium tequila made from blue agave grown in the highlands of Jalisco, Mexico. The agave is hand-picked at high elevations, slow roasted for three days in brick ovens to caramelize it, and then distilled in small batches in handmade pot stills. The tequila is then aged in whiskey barrels and undergoes a process of ultra-slow filtration. The result is a smooth tequila with a sweet roasted agave flavor and aroma that's great for sipping on the rocks or in cocktails.
